Pain in middle finger & swollen
My wife is 25yrs old she's having pain in her finger from around last 6 months. Initially pain was in the index finger & now shifted to middle finger. She's pregnant of six weeks 2 days & also she has thyroid which is > 100. We had a x ray for that finger a week ago since we were not aware to not take xray in pregnancy. We had RA test also 2days ago which is positive. What r the tests required next to be done. Can we go for a baby. Will there be any health issues for baby in future. Or should we go for abortion. Please guide us.

Pregnancy should not be a problem. Pain n swelling may be reaction to pregnancy, same as thyroid. She needs multiple doctors to keep her painfree. Post xray. Or meet Orthopaedic surgeon.
Next Steps
Meet ortho, og and general physicians regularly, till baby is born
