Pain in lower right side abdomen
I have pain which starts in the right side lower abdomen and pain till right testicles and it reduces when I lay down in the bed.This pain comes only during the night and it comes once in a while(once in 2 months). I took ultrasonic Sonic scan during pain in the lower testicles and CT scan. Everything was normal.(nothing strange).My doctor asked me to take endoscopy and colonoscopy and found there were minor ulcers in the stomach and intestine. Can you tell me why it pains? Is this serious ?

The pain that u describe can be because of a number of reasons such as small ureteric stone, varicocele and testicular torsion ad well ad infection. Since ultrasound and ct scan were normal it is unlikely u have a serious issue.
