Pain in lower right back
My MRI report says that L4-L5 diffuse disc bulge with right posterolateral disc hernniation causing right lateral racess narrowing, compressing the right transversing nerve root. My neurosergon said that I better go with surgery.But I am very afraid of sirgery. What can I do? pls do advise, I am having low back pain more than 4 months,..
