Pinched nerve pain( L4 & L5) in my Left
Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have a pinched nerve pain( L4 & L5) in my Left Leg (LS) as I had fallen in stairs at home But,even after such a long time,my pain has not got gone. Pls suggest some medicine for instant resolution as I have problem in sitting on the floor while folding my left leg. It could be a nerve compression due to listhesis or pseudodisc. An MRI LS spine is needed along with  dynamic xray of lumber spine to see for instability with mobility of spine as well as nerve compression. For now you could wear a LS belt, avoid sitting on floor with legs folded, avoid bending forward and lifting weights as it may aggravate the problem. Also till you get scanned and treated you can continue medications like muscle relaxant and gabapentin along with the above mentioned precautions

X ray you posted is not clear but it appears that you have L5-S1 listhesis You might need to have MRI kindly contact me via practo video call for further evaluation
