Pain in lower right abdomen

Asked for Male, 66 Years

I had pain in the rt lower abdomen, the pain subsided after having medicine for 5 days but on subsequent diagnosis enlarge prostate of 48.4x47.4x42.8( 51.5g. ) size was detected. At present Iam taking UrimaxD once daily. Is that OK ?
