Pain in lower abdomen
My wife's ureteric stone removal done on 1 st April 2021. Stent removal done on 13th may.after that no problem seen.today she is feeling pain in extreme lower abdomen. Is it worrisome? Dratin ds given.

Hello. Pain after Ureteric surgery can be due to residual Ureteric stone, Uti, stent related injury
Get following tests done
In meantime take the following
Tab cefexime 200mg bd for 5 days
Tab tamsulosin 0.4 mg hs for 7 days
Tab pan d 1 tab od bbf for 7 days
Syp alkasol 2 tsp TDS
Next Steps
X ray Kub and urine culture
