Pain in lower abdomen in second trimestr

I am 19 weeks pregnant. I am experiencing pain in belly sides & lower abdomen. In my 2nd level ultrasound, fibroids were seen on uterus wall. Dr said it's NOT normal but there is nothing to worry as they degenerate with time. I read on google that fibroids may cause pain & bleeding. Last week I had vaginal infection causing white discharge & itching, for which I took candid-v3. I want to know if the pain in lower abdomen is due to increasing tummy size or fibroids or something related to the vaginal infection. Please advise. Thanks in advance.
