Consistent lower abdomen pain.
My wife is 10 weeks pregnant. She is having lower abdomen pain  from starting. It comes and goes by its own. But sometimes it persists whole day and night. Yesterday she didn't get good sleep due to this. No discharge no other symptom. Only commuting sensation whole day and the lower abdomen pain. How to deal with it. First ultrasound was done in 8 weeks with live embryo but sac was not there and there is cyst on right overy of 4 by 1.5 cm. Can this cause pain ? What medicine to take or any serious isue. I have attached ultrasound report

Your sonography report is 2 weeks old. Apparently she is having abdominal pain also for the same duration. Please get the sonography of Lower abdomen repeated (including the Colour Doppler) so that an intrauterine pregnancy can be confirmed and an assessment made about the vascularity of the adnexal mass on the right side. It may help in reaching a diagnosis and the appropriate treatment can be started.
