Pain in lower abdomen

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I had sex 20 days back. Checked for pregnancy through beta hcg test which was 2.39 MIU. But now my lower abdomen is paining very much since last 3-4 days along with UTI. Also, I had bleeding for one day on the day of my period. Can you tell me what may be the cause?
