Pain in lower abdomen

Asked for Female, 16 Years

I had bleeding for 2 days 17 days ago which was most probably my periods as it were due then. 4 days ago I again started bleeding which was slow and had bad odour. The colour was dark near to black. It stopped next day but the pain was persistent. I took pregnancy test many times and it was negative every time. I am having low fever and intense pain in my lower pelvic area. My whole body is aching. My breasts are tender and I am having nausea. What could be the reason of the pain even the pregnancy tests are negative (I thought maybe my periods would be late and as I was sexually active, I could be pregnant)
