Pain in lower abdomen

Asked for Male, 17 Years

I am 18. For a week, I had a mild pain in right lumbar region( i mean where there is kidney) like a nerve was paining ; And also when lying on bed it pained in right testes also ,sometimes . I self checked testes and it was the right one paining when pressed . Although the testes pain is now no more presently , the lumbar region nerve is giving mild pain. Is this any underlying disease? And will this go away itself ? Is this due to stone. Well i must admit i dont drink too much water!
