  4. Pain in lower abdomen. Meet the doctor?

Pain in lower abdomen
I am 11weeks pregnant. I am having lower abdomen pain. Though it is bearable but I am concerned, is it necessary to go and meet the doctor? I have pain expecially after waking up from bed. I am having normal vaginal discharge without any blood stains. Is there any particular position in which i should sleep.
