Hello doctor i had unprotected intercourse on 8th march though there was no ejaculation but i was worried of precum so i took an ipill within an hour to be on a safe side. Next day again that is on 9th march i had unprotected intercourse again. Even here there was no ejaculation but to be safe i took an ipill again on 9th midnight that was before 24 hours. My LMP date was 22nd February. Also i suffer from PCOD so my cycle is irregular. However last 2 months it was 37-38 days. Yesterday all off a sudden when i woke up from a nap i had a severe pain in my lower abdomen not sure which side exactly but it was in the center. Since today morning i have a mild pain in my left arm its not constant it is very mild. I read on google it says it could be ectopic pregnancy. Im really worried. Im unmarried as well. I want to know is this the right time to rule out pregnancy? I have some sensations in my abdomen all the time. Please help and explain!! Can i rule out pregnancy now? Is it the right?
