Pain in lower abdomen

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Getting pain in lower abdomen since 2 weeks. Met a doctor who gave medicine as per him this is pelvic infection but even having his medicines I am not feeling good. Pain is still there. Sometimes left sometimes right sometimes it's in centre just like cramping.

Get done ultrasonography to rule out any pathology inside the abdomen and pelvic region.According to your it is migrating pain may be gastritis pain.Take treatment for gastritis and constipation.
