After covid vaccination on 10th , I got fever and body pain. I took PCM to overcome fever. From last 2 days I feel discomfort/pain on my right lower abdomen/flank.Also I am facing frequent urination. How to identify if  this is Kidney pain? How to know if it is serious or case of worry. What shall I do to get relief

You simply need to consult a urologist, then you don’t need to do anything, everything that urologist will do. Do a urine analysis and culture report along with USG KUB report and consult him.
