Wall calf stretch
⢠Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day.
⢠Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

Hi please specify ur mother problem. Which part of leg getting pain. From where it stated and pain is radiating ups or down. Which movement relif it. If it started from lower back and travling down than u have to apply hot pack on lower back. And local application of pain killer ointment. If pain is in heel than contrast bath hot and cold for 5 to 10 mints and straching of calf and planter fascia.
Better consult ur nearby either good physio or orthopedic.
