It can be because of many reasons like foot arch problem/increased uric acid level /nerve compression in the back region /diabetes or many other problems . It should be assessed first, then diagnoses and treated. Consult a physiotherapist and get the right diagnosis and treatment.

Hi... Pain in your legs may be due to strain from calf...which could be due to imbalance in foot muscles..and weak leg muscles... I suggest you to keep it icing frequently.... Get a arch support done..after getting your foot evaluated by a physio or podiatrist.. Icing to be done on calf muscles... Keep stretching calf muscles... If needed get a massage done for your calf.. Once pain gets reduced start your rehab... Hope this is helpful.. Kindly revert back incase you need further clarification....
