Hi, am getting severe pain beyond knees and thighs since 3 days. It is like muscles are getting crunched or pulling while walking or sitting.Tried hot compression, sprays still experiencing pain.. Kindly let me know your suggestions.

In my opinion you need to do cold fermentation with stretching exs... that is known as cryostretch...if it is muscle pull then you can go for dry needling followed by cold fermentation...this is a technique in which needle is inserted intramuscularly and muscle get relaxed by having a twitch... get well soon... take care...

Rest as much as possible.Elevate your leg....Apply ice for up to 15 minutes. Do this 4 times per day, more often for the first few days....Gently stretch and massage cramping muscles....Take over-the-counter pain medicines....
