Pain in Legs, Hands, testicles

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have pain in my both legs, both hands, hips and also in both testicles from more than last 2 months. Done scortial USG. Found nothing. I don't have Diabetes or Thyroid. Than what is the reason?
