Pain in legs and whole body
Hi, I'm 29 years old and i have severe pain in legs and mild pain in arma and other parts. The pain gets worse after smoking cigarettes I have tried calcium and multivitamins but nothing worked. Please help

Sir my first advice to u would be to stop cigarette smoking which is creating more n more toxins in ur body thereby leading to pain in various area .. pls search a nearby panchkarma centre n go for complete detox process .. Ayurveda has good therapies which can heal ur problems ..taking multivitamins n calcium is of no use .. better to stop that

Smoking makes the blood thick and causes poor blood circulation by narrowing your blood vessels., Is your pain in your leg cramping  pain and does it get better after resting? Please include garlic, more fruits in your diet. Consider cutting down cigarettes
