Stand in a tub filled with icy cool water for 10 minutes, you can come out from that in between if it is not tolerable, try to finish 10 minutes . Do it every evening

Hi...,considering ur age, ur problem might be because of weakness in muscles of both legs, the cause of which can be found out by evaluation through a physiotherapist or orthopedician. U need to do strengthening n stretching of ur lower back n legs by supervised physiotherapy atleast 3 weeks
