Pain in left leg  4-5 inches below knee)
I'm facing pain in my left leg whenever I'm brisk walking or running for a little while. I've had this for almost 2-3 years now. Please suggest me a diagnosis or treatment for pain. Thank you.

It can be medial tibial stress syndrome...wear  shoes of good quality with proper support.

My advice for u is First  correct ur gait...try to put equal weight on both legs... Use MCR slipper for walking.....do strengthening exercises for lower limb...consult ortho specialist ........
