TEARS IN L2-3 L4-5 -AT L3-4 DIFFUSE BULGING & RIGHT INTRAFORAMINAL- LAT PROTRUSN ,NAROWNG OF NEURAL FORAMINA - AT L4-5BULGING & POSTEROCENTRAL PROTRUSION, THECAL SAC & LEFT NERVE COMPRESSN KINDLY HELP !
