Pain in Left leg after covid recovery
Hi Doctor I tested covid positive on 24th April. Now I don't have any symptoms except I am having pain in my left leg from last 7 days and I get pain below knee not particularly at any place but sometimes calf muscle sometimes ankle. And it's not continues pain it comes and goes. Please let me know if this is because of weakness or because of something else. Thanks Pratik Male 33yrs old weight 60kg Height 5'8"

Post covid weakness is very common both due to protein breakdown as well as nerve repair . Keep your self hydrated , add tender coconut , banana in diet plus continue with multivitamins like Vit D , calcium .
