Pain in left Hand Solder
Hi, While doing a weight lifting in Gym recently, May be because of slightly heavy weight, my left solder and the arm part immediately below the solder has started paining. I pains when I lift the hand side wise or little backward. Even I leave the hand free downward, It pains slightly. When I lift yhe hand by 180 degrees, Nonpains are felt. Request for the advice what could be the issue.
