Pain in left groin region
I'm having mild dull pain in centre and left groin region since past 10 days after bowel movement in the morning. So, this dull pain will be there only between 10am -1pm and then disappears. I have been taking Cremadiet since 11 months for anal fissures. Sigmoidoscopy and biopsy was done in January 2021, which showed fissure in ano and mild proctitis I experienced this pain there for the first time. After the scopy, it was not there. Is it okay to ignore the pain?
