I'm having mild dull pain in centre and left groin region since past 10 days after bowel movement in the morning. So, this dull pain will be there only between 10am -1pm and then disappears.
I have been taking Cremadiet since 11 months for anal fissures.
Sigmoidoscopy and biopsy was done in January 2021, which showed fissure in ano and mild proctitis
I experienced this pain there for the first time. After the scopy, it was not there.
Is it okay to ignore the pain?
