Pain in Left ear
Hello sir / mam,
Earlier I used alot of earphone in my left ear for work purpose. Now even after stopping it from past 1 - 2 month.
I am suffering pain in that left ear while opening my jaws.
No discharge/pus as of now. Pls advise how to relieve this pain.

As of now for temporary relief of pain you can use tab zerodol SP once or twice per day

It can be possible you have TM joint syndrome where your joint between jaws is strained. Kindly eat soft diet and do hot fomentations. And get your ears checked for ruling out any other disease that can cause pain. Make sure you do not clean your ears with any ear bud
