Pain in left chest

Pain in left chest

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I have pain in my left chest just next to the nipple. Pain is very mild but feels heavy and uncomfortable when touched. Right chest is absolutely fine. Had done ecg, tmt all came normal. I feel like muscle movement which is uncomfortable every now and then. Please help me. Y is this pain

If ur cardiac investigation are normal then it could be due to esophagitis or costochondritis.
