Hello, Yes it maybe because of sleeping over it for long hours. You can observe for sometime. If not relieved, You can take tab. Nucoxia MR or it's alternative after food twice a day for 2 days. Take Pan-40 empty stomach one tablet. Apply local diclofenac gel.
