Pain in left arm
I started lifting heavy weight ~40kg rod for 2~3days,1 month back and before that i never did weight lifting ever. After 2~3 days i stopped since it developed pain in left arm on the bottom side which isn't similar to normal muscle pain. It recovered in 1 month and when i started lifting normal weight now ~10kg Rod i can feel the pain again. Is it a permanent damage ?

The reason for this kind of problem is poor mechanics. Consult a physiotherapist for biomechanical assessment and corrective exercises.
