I work for an IT company where I sit infront of computer throughout the day. I used to travel 2.5 - 3 hours a day by bus. I realized the back pain an year ago. after which I stopped travelling by shifting nearby office. Now it is just 5 min travel by bike. I did yoga also for sometime and felt some relax. today I feel back pain If I stand for 1 min
