You should consult a Physiotherapist for exercise therapy.
When you do exercise your muscles will gain strength which in turn strengthens your bone.
You should stand or sit in sunlight before 9am and after 4 pm for 15-20 minutes daily to get vitamin d.

Just taking vit D3 won't help..for better absorption into the bones you have to exercise regularly... Only then the pain wont come back .please visit a physiotherapist and start with regular exercising. Also exercise should be a part of your everyday schedule. Like the medication plz dnt stop exercises as the pain will reduce. start with exercises and see the difference.
