Pain in Joints and body stiffness
I am an active male, 31 years. Over the past couple of years there has been a constant mild pain in joints around knees, wrists, shoulders and feet. I have never consulted anyone for it and having been managing it through excercise. In the last one month the pain has elevated drastically, almost 3x, making my day to day activities difficult including, walking, long standing, etc. which was the never the case earlier. Specially during the morning hours the pain is at its peak.
