The pain could be because of your second molar or the last tooth now as that also had decay then , which might require a root canal treatment now

See whether the tooth no.7 which is just in front of lower wisdom tooth is it painful on biting or sensitive to hot and cold. There is caries on distal side of it.If so it needs to be restored or root canal rx.Discomfort and pain can be due to ent problem also for which you need a ENT consult. Also if TMJ or iatrogenic trauma while extraction might cause the discomfort but most unlikely after so long. Take:- Tab Zerodol SP twice daily for 5days after meals Warm saline rinses between meals Apply Thermoseal repair toothpaste for 15 minutes and rinse with plain water twice daily for a month Hot towel fomintation in TMJ area thrice daily for 15 days

There is a cavity in left lower 2nd molar, that could be the cause of pain, there must be food lodgement in that area, keep that area clean ,do warm saline rinses, vigorously rinse that area with mouth wash also twice a day, you can apply clove oil if pain doesn't subside. Take a painkiller.
Next Steps
visit the dentist soon after lockdown opens
Health Tips
avoid taking too hot or cold , and try to clean that area (back side of that tooth) with brush
