Pain in inner thigh and backpain
My sister suffering thigh pain from last 2-3. She not able to sit at one place more than hour after that pain increase. Also at night pain going to increase in inner side when she moves her legs.

From what it appears i think she must have tendinitis of the adductor muscle . But to make it sure a thorough history and examination is needed . Do consult an orthopaedic surgeon or u can always video consult me on this platform
