Pain In Hip joint and one leg after fall

My wife fell down from bike 2 month back.now since last one month she is feeling pain in lower back (near hip joint) and pain in one leg.whenever she does any work by bending she feels pain.what it can be? Is it sciatica or it may be normal problem?
