I play Karate. Recently, I am facing pain in foot arch and right hip.
We run on rough floor which attributes to footarch pain.
We do sit-ups which attribute to hip pain.

You must be probably having flat foot, if not that then you might be suffering from plantar fasciitis.
If flat foot is the reason, you can use the mid foot arch support and for plantar fasciitis you need to consult a orthopaedic surgeon to evaluate the condition and plan the treatment.
