I am having pain in both of my heels for last 1 year. It becomes more intense when I jog. Pain goes away when I put it in warm water. I don't have Flat foot. Please suggest what could be other possible causes.

Foot is very complex and pain may be resultant of increased stress on the structures from jogging on very hard surfaces, inappropriate shoes or lack of conditioning. Meanwhile, other causes like inflammatory conditions, metabolic conditions, gout, plantar fasctis, etc have to be ruled out by clinical examination and if required appropriate investigations.
