Pain in hand
I have pain in my left soldier and hand and its been a week now. I tried carpebandage and volini spray bt it didn't effect much.

How did the pain start? Did you lift something heavy? Or did you fall on your shoulder? Avoid sleeping on that side. Give it some rest. And see a physiotherapist who could teach you stretching.
