  4. Pain in hand. Of disease should i have?

Pain in hand
I feel a sudden pain in my right hand palm maybe in nerves... It is a sudden pain which recover itself... It is occur once or twice a day ... It feels like a sudden attack in hand ... It was too painful and it relieves in 1 or 2min... So I want to know that which problem is this??? Which type of disease should I have?? And I also a little problem of breathing my heart beats very fastly...
