Pain in hand
4 weeks ago I smashed my hand in the door and it immediately bruised and started throbbing. I figured it was just bruised and would go away within a few days. I’ve been icing it and taking ibuprofen for pain. It has now been almost 5 weeks and it’s still slightly bruised and hurts just as much as when it happened. The pain is spreading to my wrist as well.
