I had covid 4 months back. Since last 15 days I have been experiencing pressure kind of pain in the gums of left side of upper tooth (pre molar, canines and incisors). It's more like you want to pin needle into the gums and kick out something out of those areas.
I consulted a dentist and X-rays of those tooth are normal.
He suggested to go for CT scan to avoid Mucormycosis chances. Apart from this, I don't have any other symptoms.
I already had multiple CT scans during covid and I am scared of going any further CT scan.
Is there some other test which can identify the cause or to detect the Mucormycosis?
Also, I had brain MRI couple of days back and it was normal. Attached is it's report.
