Pain in groin area next to vagina

Asked for Female, 35 Years

I am able to feel a kind of lump at the joint of leg and pelvis. The lump is little deeper than skin. It pains when I touch, it otherwise it was ok. Since yesterday, I am finding it difficult to walk and sit, coz of the pain. I hav no fungal infection. Please help
