Pain in foot
Suffering from pain in left foot for last 4-5 mnths. Pain specifically at corner of groove part near to knee(not in knee).pain has increased in mnths.problem is experienced in walking though it is bit bearable. Pain increases in morning and evening and also in evening it extends till knee part also. Uric acid test is perfect.

You need to go to nearby physiotherapist for better results.  Do check ur footwear... Take hot water fermentation... If you have long hrs sitting or standing job try to change ur position or do some ankle movements every one hr..

U should consult to the Physiotherapist for this kind of pain. Proper assessment is needed in ur case. Avoid excess knee bending like squatting and start doing hot water Fomentation
