Pain in foot
Pain in foot since 4-5 days ,aggrevated while walking, standing.excruciating pain at 3-4 metatarsals area...hereby attaching my x ray kindly plz guide me.

X ray appears to be ok. There is a possibility of local soft tissue inflammation which might be causing the pain.. You can start with Crepe bandage support, hot fomentation..
Next Steps
Start analgesic and anti inflammatory medicine like Tab. Signoflam twice daily for 5 days.. Also use a soft sole footwear full day.. You can start ankle movement exercises..

Avoid standing for a long time..
