Hello,I am a 20 year old girl.i am a cabin crew .I wear heels on a daily basis. I was not used to wearing heels. It's just been a few months . Because of heels I am experiencing pain in my foot . especially the bone below the big toe.what can I do to get rid of that pain?

If the particular footwear is causing pain the best thing is to obviously avoid it and wear flats. If due to workplace rules that is not possible then wear the heels only when absolutely necessary and place a cushioned insole to relieve the pressure.
Try to keep stretching your foot to furthe relieve the pain. You may also try cold packs on the painful areas
