For last 3 days suffering with severe pain in right hand fingers mostly in thumb. Have taken neurobion forte but no benefits

Hello.
Well we need to examine you for the pain because its quite possible that it's realted to the nerve compression in the neck or somewhere down below from the shoulder to hand. .first get it examined by an orthopaedic surgeon...you don't give history if trauma or any insect bite so I assume that not the case..thank you
