Pain in finger

Hi doctor Hi have a some kind of pain in my left hand fingure its like as if some pins are poked in fingers and is really really very painfull that i cant even hold a pen.. I have even taken xray and scanning there was nothing to find out.. Please help me regarding this

Hello...... It's very unusual at least you must be having some bubble or pus,wound over there ...or else it could be neurological cause or even in thorn in the deeper tissue you feel pinning sensation.... Observe carefully if you can pin point the site of pain ............
