Since your thyroid profile is still elevated, other causes of Elevated thyroid levels has to be investigated rather than prescribing you drugs by just this parameter.
Your tsh levels were significantly high and now they are settling.. if currently there are no symptoms you can continue with the Same dose of thyronorm and repeat Tsh and Ft3 and Ft4 levels after 3 months.
Dose of meds can be changed after that.
Next Steps
repeat thyroid function test ( TSH, FT3. FT4) After 3 months
Based on your test results, it appears that your TSH level has improved significantly from 62 to 8.8, indicating a positive response to the 50 mcg dose of thyronorm. However, the TSH is still slightly elevated, even though your T3 and T4 levels are within the normal range. Typically, in such cases, a small adjustment in the dosage of thyronorm may be needed to further optimize TSH levels.
It would be advisable to consult with your healthcare provider to discuss a potential increase in the dose and to monitor your thyroid function tests regularly to ensure proper management.
