The pain in the calf after pregnancy occur because of the pelvic instability, most of the time medicine do not work and pain killers are prescribed to relieve the pain , this occurs because of the tone of the muscles which becomes unequal on both side and medicines are useless vavar supplementation of the calcium increases the problem
from the desktop of Mahendra health Retreat I will advise you to go for balancing exercises details of which is given in the Mahendra Retreat on YouTube just you have to do the balancing exercises of the spine
